Every parcel ships with end-to-end tracking — here's how to follow yours.
1. Check your confirmation email
When you placed your order you received a confirmation email from us with your order number. Keep it handy — it's the fastest way for us to find your order.
2. Look out for the shipping email
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. As soon as yours ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
3. Delivery time
Tracked delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your destination. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — no minimums and no hidden fees.
