Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Tracked delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your destination. Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates — and can vary with local postal services.
Tracking your parcel
Every parcel ships with end-to-end tracking. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or delayed parcels
