Information we collect
When you browse TrueSoon, we collect basic usage data such as the pages you view. If you contact us through the contact form, we store your name, email address and message. When you place an order, your name, shipping address, email and payment details are collected and processed by our secure Wix-powered checkout.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, respond to support questions, and improve your shopping experience. If you join our newsletter, we use your email to send you updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working.
Third-party services
Payments, shipping and order management are handled by Wix. When you check out, your information is processed under Wix's own privacy policy. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no minimum order values, hidden fees or delivery charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Every parcel ships with end-to-end tracking so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reach out through the contact page and we will respond as soon as possible.
